• The transcription is available for copy-paste only. It's never stored or logged.
• If you refresh or leave the session, the data is automatically deleted.
• This protects privacy and ensures nothing is retained without your control.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account and subscription.
• To provide secure access to the Scribee platform.
• To support basic analytics and improve system performance (excluding patient content).
• We do not use patient audio or transcripts for AI training, analysis, or storage.

• Audio and transcript data are processed in temporary memory only, then erased automatically when your session ends.
• No transcripts, recordings, or clinical notes are saved or backed up.
• We use end-to-end encryption, secure logins, and access controls to protect your account.
• Scribee is hosted on privately owned servers located in Australia, giving us full control over privacy, performance, and compliance.
• Our systems are actively monitored and regularly updated to ensure platform security.

7. Your Rights

• You can access, update, or delete your Scribee account info anytime.
• Since we don't store consultation data, there's nothing to download, retrieve, or erase beyond your user profile.
