• You must be over 18 and legally authorised to treat patients.
• You're responsible for ensuring you follow local laws and medical regulations.

2. What You Agree To

By using Scribee, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account and payment info.
• Use Scribee only for medical documentation.
• Obtain patient consent before recording consults.
• Review all transcriptions and summaries before using them clinically.

Scribee does not replace your professional judgment.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Scribee is a paid service with monthly/annual plans.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• Failed payments may lead to account suspension.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login with others.
• Use Scribee without patient consent.
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform.
• Use Scribee for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

You're fully responsible for how you use the service and any content you upload.

5. Intellectual Property

• Scribee owns all rights to its software, branding, and platform.
• You retain ownership of your recordings and transcripts.
• By using Scribee, you give us permission to temporarily process your consultation audio and transcript during your session, solely to enable real-time transcription and copy-paste functionality. We do not store or retain any of this data once your session ends.

6. Data and Confidentiality

• All content is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
• You must also protect patient data according to applicable health laws.
• You agree not to disclose Scribee's confidential information.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms or the law.
• You stop paying for the service.
• We're required to do so by law.

You may cancel at any time via your account settings.

8. Disclaimers

• Scribee provides AI-generated documentation as-is.
• We do not guarantee 100% transcription accuracy.
• Scribee is not a medical device or EHR. You must verify all documentation before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law:

• We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Victorian courts.
